そしてチャーシューは醤油がしみた豚肩ロース、スモーキーな炭火焼き豚モモ、柚薫る鳥胸肉の自家製チャーシューはどれも絶品ですごく美味しいです！

Menya Taisei is one of Tokyo’s most popular family-style ramen restaurants, with lines even on weekdays!

The soup is a refined pork bone soy sauce broth with a strong soy sauce flavor, making it incredibly easy to eat and not heavy on the stomach. It’s a delicious broth that blends perfectly with the noodles!

And the chashu (roasted pork ribs) are made with soy sauce-soaked pork shoulder loin, smoky charcoal-grilled pork thigh, and homemade chicken breast with a hint of yuzu. All of them are absolutely delicious!
